Among the authors were Edit Pengő, Péter Gál, Yue Sun, Tamás Aladics, Zsolt János Szamosvölgyi, and Endre Tamás Váradi.

The article titled “CharmFL: A Fault Localization Tool for Python”, authored by Qusay Idrees Sarhan, Attila Szatmári, Rajmond Tóth and Árpád Beszédes (Department of Software Engineering) was presented at this year’s SCAM conference.
In the article, the researchers present a new tool called CharmFL, which is meant to aid the developers in the fault localization process for Python code.

Dr. Árpád Beszédes (Department of Software Engineering) has been re-elected member of the Steering Committee of the Source Code Analysis and Manipulation (SCAM) conference.
The IEEE SCAM conference is a leading international conference that brings together researchers and practitioners who work on the analysis and/or manipulation of source code.

As a result of the long ongoing collaboration between the Inclouded group (Department of Software Engineering) and Sasmob, a case study was recently published, titled “Smart Cooperation for Sustainable Transport”.
One of its sections, “Traffic counting with smart devices", summarizes the results our group has achieved.

The University's Scientific Council has awarded the "Engineering-Natural Sciences Publication of the Year Award of 2021" to Dr. Attila Kertész, associate professor of the Department of Software Engineering, Faculty of Science and Informatics, during the National Opening Ceremony of the academic year.
