International Project to Secure Europe’s Digital Identity Wallets

Researchers at the University of Szeged are leading a new three-year international project to improve the security of digital identity systems.
The work is especially timely as the European Union plans to introduce digital identity wallets, known as EUDI wallets, across member states. These wallets could allow citizens to prove their identity online when using banking, public utilities, or government services.
