Last weekend, our team took part in GastroMater, a cooking competition held as part of SZTE Alma Mater Weekend, which celebrated its 20th anniversary this year.
Held at the University’s Sports Center, the event was full of various activities – such as sports activities for children and adults, arts and crafts workshops, face painting, exciting science experiments, environmental and equal opportunity challenges – for former and current SZTE students and staff, as well as their family members and friends.
We partook in many of the challenges, while always leaving some of us behind to tend to the stew we were cooking (under the leadership of our cook, Bence Szakács) throughout the morning.
The results speak for themselves!
We finished this highly enjoyable day with some highly delicious stew, and we are sure to return next year!
