Students of the Institute of Informatics held their lectures for the Scientific Students' Associations on the 7th of May.
The students were evaluated by Dr. Rudolf Ferenc, Dr. Balázs Bánhelyi and Dr. Róbert Mingesz from the Institute of Informatics, and by external members, one representative each from three of our renowned industry partners: Attila Varga-Dudás representing CAS Software Kft., Miklós Hartmann representing Morgan Stanley, and Zsolt Sánta representing AUMOVIO.
The lectures featured eight student presentations covering a wide range of current IT and research topics, including blockchain-based smart-home access control, artificial intelligence, LLM-based agents for automated vulnerability repair, neural network accuracy, biofeedback applications, simulation-based rule violation classification, adversarial correction for CLIP, and dynamic program slicing in Java.
We, at the Department of Software Engineering, congratulate our students, Csoma Lázár Széles on winning 1st place with his work, Ákos Mráz for winning 2nd place, and Bojnik Tibor Tóth and Richárd Kónya for winning third places!
Keep up to date with news about the Scientific Students' Associations on our TDK website!
